96, passed away Friday, August 12, 2022.
She was the former Sara Frances Nuckols, a native of Glasgow KY, a retired teacher at Indian Trail Elementary School, and a member of South Louisville Christian Church.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Joe R. Trabue Jr.; and a grandson, Stefan Joseph Trabue.
She is survived by her children, Nancy Anne Trabue, Joe R. Trabue III, and Michael A. Trabue (Ellen); grandchildren, Carl R. Pickering (Sarah), Ross Trabue Pickering (Erin), and SaraAnne Pickering; great grandchildren, Brody and Anthony Trabue, and a baby girl on the way; and a granddaughter-in-law, Stephanie Trabue.
The family would like to express their appreciation to Angie Fuqua who cared for her, and the staff at Nazareth Home for their care and compassion.
Her funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Embry-Bosse Funeral Home, 2723 Preston Highway with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery.
