Funeral mass for Johnnie Koch, age 82, was 10 a. m., Nov. 12 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with Rev. Casey Jarzombek officiating. Interment followed at St. Peter's Cemetery in Blessing, Tx. A rosary was said Nov. 11 in the Chapel of Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Palacios.
Koch passed away Nov. 9 in Palacios, Tx. He was born Dec. 7, 1914 in Cuero, Texas to John and Lydia Happner Koch.
Loving survivors include a daughter, Virginia Chipman of LaWard; son, Raymond W. "Cookie" Koch of Palacios; sisters, Ruby Parrish of Olivia, Pearl Boazman of Sweeny and Lydia Carvell; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the charity of choice.
