The Star-Mirror, Moscow, Idaho, May 15, 1916: "The funeral of the late Henry A. Dinsmore was held [Wednesday, May 17] at Troy. Mr. Dinsmore was a pioneer resident of Latah county, and formerly lived in Moscow. He returned to Troy from Sunnyside, Wn., within the past year. A number of Masons went down to Troy from Moscow, the services being in charge of the lodge."

The Star-Mirror, Moscow, Idaho, May 15, 1916: "Troy--Frank Whitson and wife came to Troy Thursday on account of the illness of H.A. Dinsmore. Mrs. Whitson is a sister of Mr. Dinsmore."

The Star-Mirror, Moscow, Idaho, May 22, 1916: "Troy--H.A. Dinsmore passed away Sunday evening. While bed-ridden only for a brief period, his health had been failing for some time. The funeral took place Wednesday and was in charge of the Masonic lodge, of which the deceased was a member. The body was taken to Avon for interment, a brother and other relatives being buried there. The family have the sympathy of the entire community."
