SYLVIA EMERICK---Scottsbluff--A Funeral for Sylvia MArie Emerick, 71, of 1313 Ave C, Scottsbluff, who died Tuesday in the Scottsbluff hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Dugan Kramer Funeral Chapel at Scottsbluff with the Rev Lloyd Reece officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery at Scottsbluff.
A memorial has been established to the First Assembly of God Church at Scottsbluff.
She was born March 5, 1909 at David City and moved to Alliance with her family in 1924. In 1934 she moved to Scottsbluff and worked as a waitress. She retired in 1970.
She was a member of the church.
Survivors include her daughter Mrs. Virginia Baily of Scottsbluff; Sisters Mrs Vivian Wilson of Scottsbluff and Mrs Hazel Henderson of Alliance; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
