TRENTON, Jan. 16--James Halpin, formerly of New Egypt, Ocean County, died last night after a weeks
illness of pnemonia, at his home 1246 Genesee St. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Claudia Halpin, two daughters, Mrs. Ethrain Cordwell, and Miss Florence; one son, James, Jr., four brothers, George, John, Cornelius, and Frederick all of New Egypt and four sisters Mrs. Elizabeth Pitman, of this city and Miss Annie Halpin, Mrs. Minnie Parker and Mrs. Mary Layton all of New Egypt.
The funeral will be conducted from his late residence on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in Riverview cemetery.
