"After an illness of about three weeks, Mrs. Cora Garrett Bardwell, age 29, died at her home at Store 12 Camp of Jackson Lumber Company, last Monday morning, May 12th, at eight o'clock.
Mrs. Bardwell was a native of Coffee County and had only been living in this county about five months. She was a member of the Red Level Methodist Church.
Surviving are: C. L. Bardwell, husband; M. Garrett, father, Andalusia, RFD; six sisters, Mrs. Mattie Arnold, Mrs. Levis Smelley, Mrs. Sara Kelley, Miss Clemmie Garrett, Miss Estelle Garrett, and Miss Lena Garrett, all of Andalusia RFD 5; two brothers, Henry Garrett and Woodrow Garrett, also of Andalusia."
