He was born on April 9, 1957 to the late Burdett Canada Jr. & Frances Mae Canada, in addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a brother; Gerald Canada and his mother Father in law & mother in law; John T. & Elsie Marion.
He is Survived by: His wife Dorothy Ann Canada of Frances Canada Road Williamsburg, Ky.
