Bustamante died Jan. 16, 2008 in Albuquerque. He was born Jan. 9, 1921. He was a high school graduate and retired as a master mechanic at Fort Wingate Army Depot. He was a member of the Flying Tigers of the 14th Air Force Association.
Survivors include his sons Anthony Bustamante of Santa Fe, Ejay Emmett Julian Bustamante of Phoenix; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Barlene Fernandez Bustamante.
Pallbearers will be Charlie Fernandez, Steve Harper, Roman Gutierrez, Herman Bustamante, Mike Bustamante and Paul Rabalcaba.
A reception will be announced after services.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Assoc.
