Bill was a World War II United States Army veteran, serving from 1944 to 1946. Bill was never married, but was loved by his nieces nephews, great-nieces and great nephews. Bill worked at Baldwin Venetian Blind for 21 years. He also worked for Zenith and the Gospel Publishing House until his retirement. Bill attended and graduated from Fair Grove High School . Bill upon retirement loved to cook and volunteer at Dolling Senior Center. Bill took care of his mother until her passing. He lived alone until he turned 94. He loved to tell people about the Lord. He was a lifelong member of Peace Chapel Church in Fair Grove.
Bill is survived by his sister: Virginia Caudill; and his step-sister, Loid LaNear. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
Burial Friday, July 29, 2022, at Greenlawn Funeral Home North, in Mount Comfort cemetery.
