Milton - Mrs. Florence E. DeHart, 80, of 54.5 Broadway died yesterday morning in the Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg.

She had been in ill health for the past several months.

Born Aug. 16, 1903, in Snyder County, she was a daughter of the late James M. and Maude Gordon Arndt.

Her husband, Clingan L. DeHart, died in 1980.

She attended the Milton schools.

Mrs. DeHart was formerly employed in the Gold Star Nursing Home and the former Milton Hosiery Mill, both of Milton.

She is survived by one son, Robert of Mifflinburg; one daughter, Mrs. Frances Prowant of New Columbia; 11 grandchildren; one brother, Robert D. Arndt of Sunbury; and four sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Karchner of Milton, Mrs. Helen Bush of Alexandria, VA., and Mrs. Ruth Caicco and Mrs. Miriam Joseph, both of Shiremanstown.

Funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. tomorrow in the Shaw Funeral Home, Milton, by the Rev. Russell E. Davis, pastor of Christ Wesleyan Church, Milton. Burial will be in the Milton Cemetery.

Friends may call in the funeral home tomorrow from noon to the time of the service.
