Born on January 14, 1963, in Longview, Texas, he died on Monday, November 7, 2011. He was a machinist, a Baptist, and an outdoorsman. He is survived by his father and step-mother; Billy and Shandra Rash of White Oak; mother, Iris Ashley of Gilmer; 2 daughters and son-in-law, Katherine Brooke and Alan Holder of Longview; Timbra Leigh Rash of Gladewater; 2 grandchildren, Evelyn Kate Holder and Cody Wayne Holder, both of Longview; and 2 brothers, Kelvin Rash of Longview and Gid Rash of White Oak. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at Croley Funeral Home in Gladewater.
