SIVILS, Ruth E., age 86, of Dayton, entered into the presence of the Lord Friday January 25, 2008. Ruth was born in Bell Co., Kentucky on April 18, 1921 to the late John & Bama (Webb) Evans. She was a member of Samaria Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by a son, Otis Sivils. Survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, George Sivils; daughters & sons-in-law, Jannie Hudson, Shirley Hart (Dennis) & Kathy Holt (Robert); sons & daughters-in-law, Timothy (Judy) Sivils, Leroy (Cathy) Sivils & Gary (Belinda) Sivils; 19 grandchhildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; brothers & sisters-in-law, James Evans (Gladys), Herbert Evans (Dorothy) and numerous nieces, nephews & many friends. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2008, at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, "North Dayton Chapel", 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road. Pastors Robert Anderson & Elbert Sorrell, officiating. Interment Bearcreek Cemetery. Ruth's family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
