Muriel Elizabeth Jones (nee Eversole) led a wonderful and full life. She left her earthly body peacefully on her 96th birthday, July 16, 2022. Muriel was born in Jackson County, Kentucky on July 16, 1926. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She married the love of her life, Arthur T. Jones on July 11, 1946. They lived the majority of their married lives in Fairfield, Ohio. Muriel is survived by her only son and his wife, Mark and Becky Jones; her granddaughters, Rachael Jones (Ryan Skeen) and Megan Jones; great-grandson, Holden Skeen; sisters, Janet Lemp and Joyce Ann Brown; and many nieces and nephews. Muriel was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur T. Jones; her parents, Otis and Della Eversole; step-mother, Thelma Eversole; brothers, Kenneth Eversole, Cornell Eversole, and Otis Eugene Eversole; and sisters, Lois Winstead and Denise Eversole. Muriel will be forever in our hearts. There will be a celebration of Muriel's life on Sunday, July 31st from 3-6 pm at Mark and Becky's home, 5314 River Road, Fairfield, Ohio 45014.
