Richard Harrison Banbury, 80, retired Pratt farmer died at five o'clock Sunday morning in the Haysville Green Meadows Nursing Home. He was born in Pratt County July 4 1889 and had lived in the county all his life. A member of the United Methodist Church. He married Clelia Shupe who died in 1942.
Surviving are a son, Richard and a daughter, Mrs. Betty Grigg, both of Santa Satana, California, a brother, Dr. W. F. Banbury and a sister Mrs. Mabel Burdell both of Pratt. There are 9 grandchildren.
Services will beheld at the Ayres-Calbeck Chapel at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery with Ayres-Calbeck in charge of arrangements.
