Survived by his wife Sandra Kay Bailey Collinsworth. With this union, came two sons, Paul Collinsworth, Jr and Adam Lacy (Mary Jane) Collinsworth. Others survivors include, four brothers, Lacy (Roncie) Collinsworth, W.S. (Evelyn) Collinsworth, Fred (Brenda) Collinsworth, all from Salyersville, Kentucky, Lloyd (Barbara) Collinsworth from Adrian, Michigan, two sisters, Kathryn (Roger) Phillips, and Janie Chism, both of Winchester, Kentucky, two granddaughters, Julia Collinsworth, Laci Jane Lemaster, five grandsons, Blake Collinsworth, Landon Collinsworth, William Collinsworth, Stephen (Jessica) Lemaster, Bobby Lemaster, two great grandsons, Carter Lemaster, and Corbin Lemaster, with a host of nieces, nephews family, and friends.
In addition to his parents, Paul B. is preceded in death four sister, Helen Lemaster, Hazel Lemaster, Garnett Lemaster, Carla Sue Adams, four brothers-in-law, Tommy Chism, Wayne Lemaster, Wiley B. Lemaster, and Jesse Lee Adams.
Paul B. was a faithful member of the First Community Baptist Church, a thirty-five-year retiree from the Continental Conveyor, a lifelong farmer, fox hunter, and notorious prankster. He enjoyed life to the fullest and will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday, July 22, 2022 from the First Community Baptist Church with Lindsey Meade officiating. Burial will follow in the Green Adams Cemetery at Rockhouse, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church Wednesday, July 20, 2022 after 6:00 P.M., all day Thursday, July 21, 2022, and any time prior till funeral services.
