Carl C. Flores, 65, of 177 Marboro Rd., Upper Darby, died last night in his home.
Born in East Boston, Mass., he retired last year after 24 years employment by the American Express Co.
A former U. S. Army battalion sergeant major, he was a veteran of World War I and the Mexican Border Campaign. He was a member of St. Giles Episcopal Church; Lodge No. 441, F & AM, and the Alpha Club.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Miriam (Dick) Flores, a former resident of Shillington (sic), at home; a son, Richard W., of Milford, N.J.; a daughter, Margaret, wife of Timothy E. Fallon, Norwalk, Conn; five grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Thelma Dunkerley, of Quincy, Mass.
The Rev. Harry I. Fell will officiate at services in the Spencer T. Videon & Son Funeral Home, Drexel Hill, Delaware County, Friday at 8 p.m. Burial will be made in Laureldale Cemetery Saturday at 11 a.m.
