Per his obituary, Blake graduated from Iona College and did post graduate work at Columbia University. He had been employed at Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital, Mount Vernon Hospital, Ford Laboratories, and 1558 Third Ave. Corporation, and Magrams. He was a nightclub owner of Nimbus II in New York City and Rhapsody in Bradford. He was active with the Vermont Customer Advisory Panel, was a court mediator, and co-founder and president of Lifespan. He was active with the Old Church Theater of Bradford and the Tabor Valley Player.


He was survived by his mother Dariel Morris [1925-2012], his father, a brother, two sisters, an aunt, uncle, cousins, and a special friend.
