Seattle – Judith "Darlington" Hilberg was born on September 24, 1926, in Leavenworth, WA to Alfred and Anne Darlington of Peshastin.
After battling cancer, Judith passed away on February 27, 2005.
On September 22, 1946, Judith married Arvey E. Hilberg in Seattle, WA. For the past several years, Judith had been living at Queen Anne Manor assisted living.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Anne Darlington; her brothers,Ned, Ralph, Tommy and Al Darlington; her sisters, Helen Foley, Bernice Duncan and Marge Zutafern. She is survived by her son, Lynn and his wife Vicki Hilberg of Wenatchee, her daughter, Cheryl Darlington and husband Kim Martian of Edmonds, WA; one granddaughter, Carleigh J. Hilberg of Wenatchee; one brother, Richard "Dick" Darlington of Leavenworth; one sister Shirley McArthur of East Wenatchee.
A memorial service will be held on March 4, 2005, at 1:00 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church of Ballard, WA. Memorials may be made to charity of choice. For further directions to the church, contact Lynn or Vicki Hilberg.
