Juanita Snelson Warren, 83, of Candler, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 21, 2005.

A native of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Harley L. Snelson and Julia Snelson Sluder and was also preceded in death by her step-father, George Dewey Sluder. Mrs. Warren was a graduate cum laude of West Buncombe High School and was a US Army Air Corps chauffer for general officers during WWII. She retired from First Union National Bank after 25 years of service and was a member of Deaverview Baptist Church.

Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum
