Radina Raylene Hair, affectionately also known to be Sissy, Deanie, Dano and Dino, was born on January 10th, 1964 in Tahlequah,OK, the daughter of Tom Keener and Minnie Pearl (Hair) Kingfisher-Clinton. She grew up in the Hulbert and Tahlequah communities with her brothers and sisters, Tom "Sonny" Keener Jr., Amanda Gayle Hair, Detra Kingfisher-Quinones, Fabian Keener, and Tom Kingfisher. She attended and graduated from school in both Hulbert and Tahlequah. After graduating, she began her studies in the University. Radina, or Deanie to her friends, was one who always enjoyed life to the fullest. There was no such thing as a bad yard sale, and you never went wrong with companions of the feline or canine variety, she had numerous. She was an admirer of the true art of writing a letter, and loved correspondence from pen pals, she also composed poetry, sketches, and short stories. Deanie was an avid fan of both country and gospel music, and she loved listening to Dwight Yoakam, Jason Aldean, and Brooks and Dunn. The best trip was the joy ride. A day nearly always held a fried chicken diner, one of her most favorite. At home, she made the best chicken and dumplings, just like her Mom, and don't forget her goulash! She would always build a flower garden next to where the birds would find her. In nature, she also held a great deal of respect for the wolf, and collected many types of memorabilia. The family genealogy was left in her very capable hands, and she made sure the younger generation knew where they came from. She adored her family and held every one of them in high esteem. The communication chain began with Deanie. Every family member had to know who was their kin. She was always full of little surprises, like showing up on your porch, or in your yard, and without bothering you or your family, would sit down and enjoy her lunch, just being close to you was enough to make her happy. She always made sure Lil Sis knew her age teasingly, told stories of Lil Brother and Grandmother days; and checked in on other relatives just to make sure they were doing well. A Christian by faith, Deanie left this world and journeyed Heavenwardly on Sunday, July 3rd, 2022 in Tahlequah, OK, after reaching the age of 58 years, 5 months and 23 days. She will always be lovingly remembered by those who loved her best.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Chester and Lula M. (Cochran) Hair, and her paternal grandmother, Gohin. She goes to join her mother, father, one brother, Tom "Sonny" Keener, and one sister, Amanda Gayle Hair, as well as many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Those left to cherish her memory include her brothers and sisters, Detra Kingfisher-Quinones and husband Francisco Javier Quinones of Tahlequah, Fabian Keener of Tulsa, OK, and Tom Kingfisher and wife Sandra "Bee" Hooper also of Tahlequah. She also leaves her nephews, Taylor Kingfisher and wife Briana of Tahlequah, and Caleb Scott and wife Jessica and their daughters, Paisley and Aubrey Scott all of Claremore, OK. She continues her sisterhood of cousins of whom she shared life daily, Brenda Scott and husband Steven of Tahlequah, OK and Karen Keener of Hulbert, OK. In addition, a host of loved and cherished cousins, relatives and friends. Our world has been a little brighter with the light of a beautiful daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Someone summed it best "….she was the sweetest".
