Mrs. W. C. Lankford, age 46 years, died at her home at Powersville, Ga., Wednesday morning at 11:30 o'clock. Mrs. Lankford had been ill only a short time and her death was a shock to the family and friends. Surviving are her husband, W. C. Lankford; two sons, Marvin and Rudolph; one brother, H. L. Allen, and one sister, Mrs. N. A. Bassett. The funeral services will be from the residence at Powersville this afternoon at 3 o'clock, Rev. W. C. Carter officiating. Interment will be in the family burial ground at Powersville.
