Howard Dorsey Baker, age 87, of Hanover, passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022, at ManorCare, Dallastown, PA. Born April 2, 1935, in Ellicott City, MD, he was the son of the late Dorsey Lee and Minnie Elizabeth (Mathis) Baker. He was the beloved husband of 67 years to Margaret Angell Baker. Howard enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping for many years with his beloved family. Surviving in addition to his wife are daughters, Cindy Norton and husband Louis, and Roxanne Hill; and granddaughters, Olivia Norton, Heidi Norton, and Christine Calleri and husband TJ. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 1:30pm at Oakland United Methodist Church, 5901 Mineral Hill Road, Sykesville. Interment to follow at Oakland United Methodist Church Cemetery, Sykesville.
