ADA -- Services for Ruth Louise Walker, 90, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Oak Avenue Baptist Church in Ada. Interment will be at Memorial Park under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.
Mrs. Walker was born Oct. 13, 1909, at Milo, to Willard H. and Willie P. Scott May. She died Oct. 9, 2000, in Ada, where she had lived since 1922.
She was a homemaker and widow of Tollie Raymond Walker who died Sept. 23, 1985.
Survivors include two daughters, Margaret Cates, Ada, and Billie Taylor, Healdton; a son, Bennie, Ada; three brothers, Edwin May, Waynesville, Mo., Willard May, Texas, and Leon Harper, Mesquite, Texas; a sister, Reba Almon; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
