John F. Grebe, 79,Dies Sunday; Funeral Friday
John F. Grebe, 79, Route 1, Plattsmouth, died Sunday.
Mr. Grebe lived his lifetime in Plattsmouth were he was a fisherman.
He was born July 21, 1885, in Plattsmouth, of George and Henrietta (nee) Schwartz. He was Married her in 1904 to Mary Hrasky, She survives and live at Hastings.
Surviving ar a daughter Mrs. Agnes Johnson, Portland, Ore.; son, Joseph, San Francisco,, Calif.; brother Conrad, Portland, Ore.; sisters, Mrs. Agnes Dunker, Mrs. Frances Alexandra and Mrs. Anna Krasky, all of Portland, Ore.
He was a member of the German Lutheran Church.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. at the Caldwell Funeral Home, with the Rev. Calvin Miller officiating.
Visiting hours are today (Thursday) from 4 to 6 and 7 to 9, at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Harold Bobenmoyer, Ray Aylor, Clifford Dasher, Winford Dasher, Linford Dasher and George Dasher.
Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Plattsmouth.
