Robert was born October 11, 1943 in Atlanta, Texas to Francis Hosea and Mary (Edmondson) Mauney. He was a devout fisherman and a retired engineer from Tinker Air Force Base. He spent his childhood in Seminole and most of his adult life in Bethel Acres, Oklahoma.
Bob is survived by his two children, Michael Lee (Staci) Mauney and Michelle Lea (Chris) Nuckols. He is also leaving behind one grandson, Justin Francis Nuckols, and three sisters: Margaret Ford, Mary Staff, and Doris (Larry) Floyd.
Services will be held at Swearington Funeral Home in Seminole on Friday, July 2nd at 2:00pm. Bob will be laid to rest beside his parents at Maple Grove Cemetery in Seminole. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any sentiments be donated in Bob's name to the American Cancer Society for Multiple Myeloma.
Daddy, Grandad, brother, friend will be dearly missed and always loved.
