A beautiful soul full of love and light, Laurel Lynn Bolejack-Spence went home to be with Jesus on June 16, 2022. We will miss this little angel God lent to us to love and enjoy. We wish we could have kept her longer. God knows the number of our days and calls his angels home when their work is done. Born on November 8, 1962 in Alamosa, Colorado she was one of four children, daughter of Oscar Leroy Bolejack and Mary Ann Brunker-Bolejack.
Laurel is survived by her children, Brandy Bolejack, Bridget Spence, and Brian Spence, and 5 grandchildren, Artie, Journey, Skylar, Kiera and Laila, and one great grandchild, Sampson, brothers Lonnie, and Ronnie, and sister Bonnie and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Patrick Allen Spence and her parents Leroy and Mary.
Laurel was a homemaker most of her life, but worked a short time in the food industry and went to school to be a dental hygienist assistant. She was a talented artist and expressed that talent through drawing, making beautiful porcelain dolls, sewing and a variety of arts and crafts. Laurel was a wonderful mother, sister, daughter, wife and friend. Her smile lifted many.
She enjoyed boating, water skiing, red rocks, camping, road trips, and horseback riding. She loved her drives through the mountains, loved listening to music and loved her coffee. She adored God, her family and all the babies and was very protective of them.
A visitation will be held June 29, 2022 from 6pm - 8pm at Horan-McConaty Northwest/Arvada 7577 W 80th Ave, Arvada, CO 80003
