He died at age 91 in Crooked River Township and was a widower at the time. He was the son of Cal Levi D. Bohanon and Cynthia Hadix, both born in Kentucky. H was buried in the "Family Cemetery" (death certificate) and he owned the land on which the cemetery is located (plat maps), so, therefore, it is assumed he was buried in the Bohannon Cemetery.
