Survivors Include His Wife, Maude Brown Phillips;
A Son, Ralph Phillips; A Brother, Thomas Phillips; 11 Grandchildren; 23 Great-

A Mass Was Said Sept. 9 At St. John The Baptist Catholic Church in Edgard.
Burial Was in St. Philip's Cemetery in Vacherie.
