Goldie E. Anderson Hungate

Funeral services for Mrs. Goldie Elizabeth Anderson Hungate, 78, were Thursday, July 20, at Brundage Funeral Chapel in Dillon. Burial was in Mountain View Cemetery in Dillon.

Mrs. Hungate died Monday, July 17, 1995, in St. Patrick's Hospital in Missoula.

She was born October 15, 1916, in Lima, the daughter of Goldie Lee and Luther "Scout" Anderson. She attended school in Dell and Lima.

She married Walter M. Hungate on Oct. 8, 1934, in Dillon. He died July 17, 1966.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Gerald Anderson and Harry Hoenstine.

She was a member of Neighbors of Woodcraft and the Pythian Sisters for many years. She enjoyed crocheting and crossword puzzles and she loved to walk.

She lived most of her life in Lima and Dell.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law of Las Vegas, Nev., and son and daughter-in-law of Dillon. Also surviving are two nieces, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
