Born on October 22, 1942 in Hampshire County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Albert W. Barnes and Neva Blackburn Barnes.
Wanda was a homemaker. She attended the Romney Assembly of God Church.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, and two brothers, Alexander (Skeeter) and Jimmy Barnes.
Surviving are two sisters, Mary Barnes Webster of Springfield, VA, Dorothy Corey of Romney, WV, two brothers, Robert Barnes of Points, WV, Richard Barnes of Romney, WV and nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday April 25, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in Branch Mt. Methodist Cemetery, Three Churches, WV with Pastor James Mou officiating.
All arrangements are being handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
