Einar Enoksen is the son of Karl Johan Enoksen and Karen Ingabor Ingebrigtsen he was born in Stavanger Norway December 7 1899. he worked on the ships most all his life doing various jobs, as a young man 16 yrs old he lied about his age to enter the US merchant marines. he was in the submarine division and his real age was discovered but they were on a mission and by the time they were through he was of age to be in the military. He married Lila Ruth Stephenson and they lived in Hammond Indiana all their married life. They had 6 children Charles Homer, Lila Karen, Norman Glenn, Lavern Evadene,Earnest James, and Lee he died at 21 days old on Lila Karen's pillow.
