Harry Russell Fowler was born in San Jose, California to George Russell Fowler and Gracie Mae Blodgett.

Harry grew up in San Jose and San Francisco. He moved to Monterey and then lived in Fresno for a short time. He was married first to Ervinette Laura Jones. They divorced after a short time.

Harry moved to San Francisco where he met and married the love of his life Isabel Virginia Young. They married in Napa, California on January 6, 1953.

The couple moved to El Cerrito, California and then to Hayward, California. Harry was the loving father of four children, Pamela Grace and Harry Russell Fowler Jr., and two stepchildren James Scott and Jonna Dosch.

He worked for Key System and later was the General Manager for Gray Lines, Inc. in San Francisco. Harry was a devoted husband and father.

He was a beloved family man and had many close friends. He loved taking his children to work with him to the Depot in San Francisco. He also loved Sunday drives after church and neighborhood barbeques. He was a model train enthuiast and had a large collection of Lionel trains.

Harry was taken to soon and is deeply missed.
