Ina graduated from Porter High in 1908 and from New England Conservatory of Music. She was the music supervisor for Saco, Maine schools. Ina founded the Parsonsfield Porter Historical Society, was a member of Riverside Methodist Church and founder of the Fidelis Club thereof, and was a member of the DAR. She was an avid genealogist and local historian.
