Andrea Jo Curtis passed on May 26, 2022. She was born on July 14, 1965, in Salt Lake City, Utah and was the oldest of three children. She and her brothers, Bodie and Clint, were raised in Payson, Utah. Andrea attended Payson High School and was a member of the drill team. After graduating from Payson High in 1983, she went on to attend Utah Valley University where, in addition to her coursework, was a cheerleader.
In 1984, Andrea married Dale N Curtis in the Salt Lake Temple. They raised four wonderful children: Cassidy, Ari, Hayden, and Ethan. She loved being a mom and making a happy home. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Andrea wrote children's books, and always encouraged reading; especially, for her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed making family films.
She was a proud member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served in many capacities over the years.
Andrea is survived by her devoted husband Dale, Salem, Utah; children, Cassidy (Rhett) Mason, Herriman, Utah, Ari (Andy) Rowland, Eagle Mountain, Utah, Hayden Curtis, Orem, Utah, Ethan Curtis, Santaquin, Utah; grandchildren, Leo, Van, Alivia, Ava, Alyse, Amelia; mother, Beverly Joyce Bradley; brothers, Bodie (Pam) and Clint Bradley of Payson, Utah; father-in-law, Ted Curtis; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Bradley and mother-in-law, Kathleen Curtis.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 3, 2022, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 4th Ward Chapel, 25 West Apple Blossom Way, Salem, Utah. A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 587 South 100 West, Payson, Utah. There will also be a viewing on Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. prior to the services at the church.
