Vicky Pluid, 64, passed away on May 31, 2022 in Kalispell with her family by her side. She was born to Allen and Loretta Garrison on September 7, 1957 in Whitefish, MT. Vicky's early years were spent in Eureka, she later moved to Missoula where she graduated from high school.
On March 30, 1985 Vicky married Ben Pluid and with her son Neil, they formed a close family, becoming a Mom to Cathy, Heidi, and Joshua. She was active in her kids' lives and loved them unconditionally.
Vicky loved traveling to the Oregon coast, Las Vegas, and camping at her favorite place up Therriault.
She had a wickedly fun sense of humor and was a prankster. We will miss her bear and Rotten Reggie stories. Her infectious laugh would heal you.
Vicky was quietly generous in her giving. Many local children benefited from her generosity, along with many other organizations.
Vicky was preceded in death by her parents, Allen Garrison, Loretta Fortine, and her brother Greg Stockner.
She is survived by her husband and best friend, Ben; children Neil, Cathy, Heidi, and Josh; 8 grandchildren and 8 great Grandchildren; her sisters Jeanne Henley, Bobbie Brock, and Becky Schultz and brother Tag Garrison along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday, June 11th at 11am at the Tobacco Valley Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at the First Baptist Church following the service. Arrangements are by Schnackenberg Funeral Home in Eureka. Online condolences and memories may be shared at www.schnackenbergfh.com.
