Survivors include his wife, Louise; daughter, Sheila Blankeford; sons, Robert and Richard; stepsons, Charles David and Wayne Mayer; and 12 grandchildren. Visitation: 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, Green Acres Mortuary, 401 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale. Services: 10 a.m. Monday, at the mortuary. Contributions: American Heart Association.
