The son of William Charles "Bill" Kinder and Alice "Barbara" Creech, "Ron" graduated from Brussels High School as a member of the Class of 1961. He then served in the United States Air Force. He completed his law enforcement extension and served as an MP in Yokota, Japan.

Ron married Donna Lee Frazier on 24 Apr 1965 at the First General Baptist Church in East Alton, Madison County, Illinois. He was employed by McBride Construction Company, and she worked at the First National Bank in Wood River, Illinois.

Ron earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Colorado. He worked on construction projects both nationally and internationally.

Ron and Donna were the parents of 4 children by the time their marriage ended.

Children from first marriage: 4 sons.

Ron married Mrs. Rebecca Jane (nee Richey) Paladino on 11 Mar 1995 in Pulaski County, Arkansas. She was the mother of 2 sons from a previous marriage.

Ron and Rebecca lived in Sherwood, Arkansas.

He was project manager of the construction of the Murray Hydroelectric Plant in North Little Rock. He later became the business owner of Capital Fire Extinguisher, Incorporated and worked there until his retirement in 2008.

Children from second marriage: 2 step-sons.

At the time of his death, Ron was 79 years, 4 months and 29 days old.

He was survived by his wife, Rebecca; 4 sons and 2 daughters-in-law; 2 step-sons and their wives; 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers and 2 sisters-in-law; 2 sisters; his mother-in-law, Hilda Richey; his former wife, Donna Kinder; and extended family members.

In addition to his mother and father, Ron was preceded in death by bother 2 brothers, Kenneth Eugene Kinder and Hugh Edward Kinder; and his father-in-law, William Thomas Richey.

Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. on the morning of 03 Jun 2022 at Indianhead Lake Baptist Church in Sherwood, Arkansas.

The family requested that memorials, if desired, be made to the church or to the charity of one's choice.
