Born on December 13, 1950 in Oneida, New York, Fred made is career as a Hospital Medical Technician in the United States Navy for twenty years. His loyalty was to his country and his children. He was a thoughtful and comical man and a devoted caring father. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, hunting, fishing and boating. He was a devoted fan of the New York Jets and NASCAR and loved a good cup of coffee.
