She was born May 2, 1941, in Sherman, NY the daughter of the late Laverne and Audrey Patchen Houseman.
Jenneane had attended Sherman and Chautauqua Schools. She had worked for Tasty Treats in Dunkirk, Mayville Plastics, Kling's Furniture Factory in Mayville and for many years was the Drive-In Window bank teller for Chase First National Bank in Mayville.
She enjoyed knitting, making pearl jewelry, music, singing, going to lawn sales, baking, cooking, going for walks, spring yard work, flowers, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Jenneane is survived by her daughter; Yvonne (Chuck) Kelsey of Mayville, a son; Randy (Linda) Little of Mayville, five grandchildren; Miranda (Chris) Robinson of Port Orange, FL, Andrea (Tom) George of Midwest City, OK, Brian (Jessica Corll) Little of Mayville, NY, Brice (Kristen) Little of Dewittville, NY, and Brock (Crystina McMurray) Little of Mayville, NY, nine great grandchildren, and one sister; Mary Barnes of Brocton, NY.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister; Margaret Anderson, a brother; Jim Houseman, an infant grandson; Jason Kelsey, and her grandmother; Mary Patchen.
The funeral will be held at 2PM on Friday, June 3, 2022, at the Freay Funeral Home in Mayville (139 S. Erie St). The family will receive friends for two hours prior to the funeral (12 Noon – 2PM) also on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Mayville Cemetery.
