William H. Adams, 85, of 600 Hillcrest Road, died Tuesday evening at his home. He was the husband of the late Edna Adams.
Mr. Adams, born in York County, was the son of the late Alberta Bailey Wolfgang.
He retired in 1960 from Teledyne Readco. He was an army veteran and a member of Zion (Shaffer's) United Church of Christ.
Survivors include: A son, Russell H. Adams, 600 Hillcrest Road; two grandsons and one great-granddaughter, and two sisters, Mrs. Erma M. Bailey, 729 West Princess Street, and Mrs. Grace M. Nelson, 886 East Poplar Street.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Baumeister and Orcutt Colonial Mortuary, South Queen and Jackson Streets. The Rev. Glenn K. Flinchbaugh will officiate. Burial will be in Zion (Shaffer's) Cemetery.
