Roger D. Turner
Roger D. Turner, age 74, of Eaton, OH passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at his residence with his family by his side.

He was born on September 27, 1947 in Charlottesville, IN to the late Marvin and Orpha Turner.

He was a former little league coach for many years in the Jackson and Boston, IN areas; was an electrician for IBEW for twenty years and later retired from Miami University as an electrician; he also enjoyed helping his sons do electrical work on various projects; and he attended Covenant of Peace Church in Eaton.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Chuck Turner, Jimmy Turner and Donald Turner; and sister Agnes McKee.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Pamela Turner; sons Brian Turner and Ryan Turner; brother David Turner; sisters Gladys Dinkeloo, Patsy Isaac, Judy Barnes and Eunice Walker; numerous nieces and nephews; and special nurse and family member Sherri Turner.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022 from 10:00 am until time of funeral service at 11:00 am at Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street with Terry Smith officiating (Due to construction, please use the Park Avenue or West side entrance).

Burial will follow at Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton.
