Benjamin Jessie Mott, of Milton, Florida, passed away Monday morning May 16, 2022. He was born November 11, 1963, in Florala, Alabama, the son of William Clifford Mott and Gladys Miller Mott.

Jessie graduated from Milton High School in 1982. He enlisted in the U.S. Army that same year and proudly served his country for over 11 years earning the Army Achievement Medal, Army Service Ribbon and Good Conduct Medal. Returning home to Milton in 1993, he became the owner and manager of Jessie's Motorcycle Supplies.

Nothing was more important to Jessie as his family. Known to them as Jessie, Bubba and Bam Bam, he will forever hold a dear and precious place in each of their hearts. Jessie's faith in Jesus Christ sustained him as he bravely fought many health issues. He fought the good fight. He kept the faith. He finished the race.

Benjamin is preceded in death by his father, William Clifford Mott; one brother, Charles Mott; and one sister, Barbara Mott.

Benjamin is survived by his mother, seven sisters, three brothers, and an abundance of extended loved ones including numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral: 1:00pm, Saturday May 21, 2022, at Evans Funeral Home, with Zach Sims officiating.

Visitation: one hour before services.

Interment: in Greenwood Cemetery with military honors.
