Bonnie Combs, 77, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, May 13, 2022, at the St. Francis Hospital of Tulsa. Bonnie was born on May 29, 1944, in Canadian, Oklahoma, the daughter of Roy T. and Laura Belle (Crisler) Creekmore. She graduated from Strathmore High School in Porterville, California in 1962. She owned and operated The New Image Beauty Shop for thirty years. On November 12, 1972, Bonnie married Estel Eugene "Gene" Combs in Las Vegas, Nevada. They were happily married for forty-nine years. In 1981, Bonnie and Gene moved to Canadian, Oklahoma. Bonnie fostered numerous children after retiring from the beauty shop. Her home was always open to anyone in need. Bonnie enjoyed collecting antiques, helping everyone and fishing. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, watching their basketball games and playing board games with family and friends. She also enjoyed cooking and was one of the best cooks around. She was a member of the Canadian Full Gospel Church.
Survivors include: her husband, Gene, of the home; sons, Kenneth Scott Stephens and wife DaChelle, of Ardmore, OK, Michael Dewayne Stephens of Stigler, OK, twin sons, Edward Eugene Combs and wife Amanda of Pocola, OK and Roy Lee Combs and wife Christy of Eufaula, OK; grandchildren, Lauren Pickens, Tabetha Snow, Madison Combs, Kyleigh Combs, Kelsey Marrow and Haley Potts; great grandchildren, Rosalie, Harbor, Eleanor, Stetson and two on the way plus numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, an adopted son, Rodney Parker, a grandson Justin Stephens, her brothers, Lloyd, Webb, Harold, Calvin, George and Lonnie Creekmore, sisters, Peggy Ketcher, Nettie Gaither, and Dorothy Montgomery.
