Wessling, Donna Mae of Coon Rapids died in the comfort of her home May 14. The youngest of Charles and Anna Johnson's 12 children, Donna grew up in Minneapolis, loved skating, dancing, and playing piano.

She is survived by husband of 50 years, sons, grandchildren, two great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly. The "glue" of her large family, Donna provided a warm home for countless gatherings, faithfully shared the stories of her departed siblings, and was always just a phone call away. As a foster parent of 30 years, she compassionately cared for hundreds of children who entered her home.

Visitation May 19 at Washburn- McReavy Coon Rapids, Chapel from 4-8pm and 1 hour prior to service at church. Funeral May 20 at Redeemer Church, 61 Mississippi Way NE, Fridley, MN at 10am.
