Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Oneda Phagan of Gainesville; daughters and son-in-law, Regina and Corey Wainer of Flowery Branch, and Rebecca Phagan and Rita Phagan, both of Gainesville; sons and daughters-in-law, Ron and Wendi Phagan, Roger and Maria Phagan -both of Gainesville, Randy and Amanda Phagan of Oakwood; grandchildren, Anthony Phagan, Andrew Phagan, Chase Phagan, Caleb Phagan, Ashlee Phagan, Tyler Phagan, Emily Phagan, Jakeb Phagan, Devon Wainer, Sierra Wainer, Luke Phagan, and Matthew Phagan - all of Gainesville; great granddaughter, Destonie Phagan of Dahlonega; sister and brother-in-law, Mozelle and Rick Trotter of Gainesville; and sisters-in-law, Margie Phagan of Commerce, and Betty Phagan of Lula.
