The Last Will of Meducy A Anderson - I Bequeath to my nephew Adrian ? J Mc Cune, the flowing real estate situated in the city of Clarksville in the county of Pike. Described as follows - To wit lots two hundred and ninety two dollars (292 ). two hundred and ninety three (293) and two hundred and ninety four (294) each fronting sixty feet and running back in parallel lines , one hundred and ten feet to an ally, and out of the the said property the said Mc Cune is to pay to John J Anderson my son, a gift from me the sum of one hundred dollars . All of my household and personal property I give and bequeath to my said son John J. Anderson . I here by appoint A. J. Mc Cune of Louisianan Mo. my executor of this last will and testament. In testimony where of- I have unto set my hand and seal this 28th day of June, 1 1888
