Peggy "Hawk" Trumble born November 6, 1959 passed away March 15, 2017 after surviving breast cancer for eight years. She was the fourth of five daughters born and raised in New Jersey. After graduating from Manasquan high school, Peggy enlisted in the United States Air Force and was stationed at Hill Air Force Base near Ogden, Utah. She served her country proudly from 1978 through 1982 and was honorably discharged as an Airman First Class in 1982. She then relocated to Virginia living in Norfolk and later Chesapeake. Peggy is survived by her husband, William Trumble of Chesapeake and four sisters and their families.
She is predeceased by her mother and father, Dorothy M. (Sitty) and Robert A. Palmer of Jersey City, NJ, and her beloved son, Bryan D. Hawk of Norfolk, VA.
