Brian Leslee Pettit passed away peaceful in his sleep on May 2nd, 2022.
Brian was born in Sherman, TX on January 2nd 1971, to the late Thomas L. and Betty (Meek) Pettit. Brian was a graduate of Howe High School Class of 1990. He was a veteran of the United States Navy where he served nine years being deployed overseas on multiple occasions.
Brian is survived by his son, Dylan Pettit, and daughter, Cassandra Pettit; one sister, Becky and husband, Leroy Fountain; Brother-in-law, Brian Eriksen; Sister-in-law, Debi Pettit. Brian was loved by his numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and even the great nieces and nephews. Brian had a special gift of love for his family especially with Aliyah, Lynnx, Brixton and Ryan III. Also, we cannot forget to mention the love Brian had for all of the neighborhood cats which he cared for daily.
Brian was preceded in death by his loving parents, his brother, Thomas Pettit, and sister LaSandra Eriksen. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00PM on Thursday, May 5th at Waldo Funeral Home.
