Coltan Edmond Smith, infant son of Chris and Carmen White Smith, was stillborn Saturday, Feb. 3, 2001, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.


Surviving are his parents of Eureka; two brothers, Chad and Cyle, both at home; his grandparents, Phyllis Smith of Eureka and Gerald White of St. Petersburg, Fla.; and his great grandparents, Woodrow White of Bellevue and Ruby Ashby of Peoria.


Graveside services will be in Olio Cemetery in Eureka. The Rev. Ronald Stewart will officiate. There will be no visitation.
