Ms. Polly was married to the late Charlie G. Lockhart. She was the 5th of 12 siblings. Polly was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Roebuck Plaza. Polly loved doing yard work and sewing.
Polly was preceded in death by her parents Vada C. & Jettie Poore, husband Charlie G. Lockhart and son Larry Lockhart. She is survived by her daughter, daughter-in-law, grandson, granddaughters, great granddaughters, sister and extended loving family and friends.
